US Shipping
We offer free shipping on all our items for addresses within the US.
Your items will typically arrive within 2 weeks from your date of order, other than our Bucket Hats which may take an extra week.
Due to different production times, different items may ship separately.
(Note: These shipping durations do not apply to US remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam) which will typically take longer.)
International Shipping
Shipping cost will depend on the country / location you are shipping to. You can see the exact shipping costs at checkout.
Depending on your delivery location, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your items to arrive.

Custom duties
For international orders, custom duties, VAT or import taxes may be charged depending on your destination country. These fees are not included in the cost and will need to be paid by the recipient when the product is delivered.
Returns and Quality Assurance
We're a small and growing brand, and it's important to us that you receive quality items.
Quality assurance
If you've received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the item at orders@crumpledlife.com. Do include your order no. as well as photos of the damaged / wrong item and packing slip for us to arrange for an exchange or refund as necessary.
Size exchanges & other returns
For the time being, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for wrong sizes ordered or for any reasons other than damaged / wrong items, so do look through the size chart before ordering.
